What To Expect

In the first session, we’ll explore what brings you to coaching or therapy and process your expectations and any reservations you have about the coaching or therapeutic process/seeking help. I’ll get a feel for what the issues are and you’ll get a feel of my approach and personality. Consults are encouraged as we both need to see if there are any reasons we aren’t a fit or to help you feel more secure in taking this step.

If you find yourself interested in tackling a goal you’ve struggled to prioritize in the past and want to get on track, coaching is a great option to choose: weekly accountability and problem-solving will help you stay on track and develop skills to make your dreams come true.

Have you wanted to explore why you feel the way you do in certain relationships or situations? Do you find yourself wondering why you respond the way you do? perhaps you’re looking for tools to help you with anxiety, depression, grief and other life issues you need to process. Therapy can help you make decisions and help guide you to the peace you’re looking for.
